this morning's run mix was themed: awful music i listened to (& still secretly love) in college. including this jam:
i am only slightly embarrassed to admit i still know every single word. i was not afraid to rap along as i treadmill'ed it up this morning. yes, i was the only one in the workout room. c'mon people, i do have a little bit of restrain. geez!
