i can't do it. as i consider this notion, i appreciate the sentiment behind the solidarity of silence but really, i physically cannot do it. for those who read this & do not know me, (i'm sure there are tons & tons of people reading my ever so amusing blog...) i like to talk. alot. i'm pretty sure it stems from all the days in my youth where i didn't talk. at all. it's true people...as a wee tot, my voice was lost in the commotion of a household of boys. therefore as opposed to shouting over the rumble of wrestling & tumbling, i just kept my thoughts to myself. until of course i was able to corner someone one on one. then all bets were off & i let them know everything i had been thinking since the last time i had cornered someone. the poor soul.
i'm ok with my talkiness (yes, i'm pretty sure that is a made up word...move on...). most of the time the things i have to say are relevant or funny, whether intentionally or unintentionally funny. ok friends, let's pretend i won't talk at all today...or for a minute...ok, i'm done. ugh, that was way too hard! sorry gay rights, i can't do it.
