guess what dear friends? it's FRIDAY!! yippee! this means no more work for the week (well theoretically no more work for the week) & i had a trip to the Bou this morning. i generally try to only give myself a trip to my favorite coffee establishment on mondays & fridays. since commuting to the nona as much as i do, i have been allowing myself to have it the first morning i am home & friday as well since they have no Bou in the nona. friday is also donut day. a full report to follow once i make the trip to the franklin street bakery, which proudly serves delicious treats to all the gangstas & hoodrats of the phillips neighborhood & me. today is already looking better than yesterday. and the day before. and the day before that. ok, well if you've been reading, you know how this week & i are getting along.
my weekend plans you ask? well tomorrow i have a much anticipate shopping trip with my dear friend & life coach, amy. well she doesn't know she's my life coach...but she does now! she's pretty baller if you ask me. i want to be just like her when i grow up. then i am having a movie night with ms <3, another favorite. i plan on impressing her with my newly learned dance moves. the dougie. i know, i know, that was so last fall but i just learned it! i spent half my time in the nona people! they think dougie is the guy that cuts the grass & changes lightbulbs! also i am hoping we walk down to the gas station to get some fountain pop. though the last time we attempted this i slipped & spilled the whole thing. it was very sad. cherry coke everywhere except in my tummy. i am also hoping for a workout date with the lovely mrs. schmidt. call me mrs. s! :)
also, i made cupcakes last night simply to make my apartment smell like choco. it worked. HAPPY FRIDAY!
