so i am on this hug cupcake kick. i'm sure it is just a phase. well actually i'm not so sure because i really love these tasty little treats. last night i taught my nona little sisters to make my mom's faboosh choco cupcakes. after choco everywhere & only 1 egg broken on the floor, the treats were a huge success. the youngest sister (she's 14) decided she would sell then for $4 at her bake sale today. that's my little entrepreneur!
this morning while i was looking for a great new recipe to try out for my buddy dkt's bday on friday (he wants brownies on a stick - who's to argue with the bday boy?!) i found this little treat.
these would be champagne cupcakes. yup...champagne! i'm real excited to try these but i feel as though i need a special occasion. anybody have one? maybe a certain birthday that is in 2 weeks...*cough cough* mrs. schmidt *cough cough*
